By purchasing data from store.scoutdata.com, you agree to the following:

   Data delivery

   We deliver your purchased data as a CSV file by email within 24 business hours of payment.

2. 02
   One-time purchase

   You pay once per order. There is no subscription, no contract, no recurring fee, and no onboarding fee.

3. 03
   Non-exclusive

   The data you purchase is not exclusive. Other buyers may purchase overlapping records for the same counties and products. If you need exclusive access to a market, contact support@scoutdata.com for a custom quote.

4. 04
   Use of data

   You may use the data for your own outreach, sales, and marketing purposes. You may call, email, or visit the homeowners listed. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the data with third parties outside your organization.

5. 05
   Bulk product disclaimer

   "Bulk" products are delivered as-is. We do not guarantee what percentage of the list has solar installed vs. uninstalled. Buyers of bulk products should expect a mix.

6. 06
   Verified product disclaimer

   "Verified" products are based on aerial imagery captured after the permit date. We believe our verification is accurate but make no warranty. Some installed homes may be labeled uninstalled and vice versa due to imagery quality or timing.

7. 07
   No refunds

   Once a CSV is delivered, the order is final. If there is a demonstrable data quality issue (wrong county, wrong product, corrupted file), we will re-deliver at no charge.

   Compliance

   You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws when contacting homeowners, including TCPA, Do Not Call registry, state-level solicitation rules, and data privacy regulations. Scout Data provides the data but does not advise on outreach legality.
