For Verified Installed and Bulk, where you sell to whoever owns the home today, turnover is fine and the file shows the current owner of record.

Our Freedom Forever dataset covers permits from 2020 through 2026. The Recent 2026+ bucket is the freshest — permits pulled within the last few months. Everything pre-2026 is checked against aerial imagery captured after the permit date (Verified installed / uninstalled). We refresh the master file monthly as new permits come in.
